Lasts. Last summer Adelaide was curled up on my lap most of the time at the beach and the pool and I just knew it would be my last summer with a baby asleep on my chest instead of playing out in the ocean or splashing in the pool. ⁣ ⁣ Beauty in both.
That sacred time. We love our bedtime routine, truly it’s the most precious time in our home. Many nights my 9 year old will wrap her arms right around me, pull me close and whisper in my ear- “Mama this is my favorite part of the day.&rd
